The budget for obtaining a turnkey Portugal Golden Visa comprises three main items of expense:

OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND PUBLIC FEES

Analysis of the Submitted process by Portuguese authorities (SEF) initial cost € 533,90

Issuing of the Card/permit of residence (autorização de residência) € 5 336,40 (per person)

Renewal of the Card/permit of residence - € 2 668,20

Notarial and Registrar fees - between € 500,00 and € 1.500,0

Registrar of the acquisition in the Public registrar department (Conservatória do Registo Predial) approximate value € 225,00

Opening of a bank account in Portugal € 250,00

Property Purchase Tax (IMT) between 5 and 6,5 percent depending on the property purchased

Immovable Property Tax (IMI) tax rates 0,3% to 0,5% annually (imposed on the value of property, due and paid in April, July and November)

Stamp tax 0,8 percent

ERG FAMILY OFFICE ROYALTY FEE FOR INVESTMENT BASED PERMIT OF RESIDENCE

First payment:

Preparation of documents for submission to the Office of Immigration and Borders (SEF), opening of the case and initiation of proceedings at SEF, consultation and support by our lawyers.

ERG FAMILY OFFICE SERVICES: ANNUAL REPRESENTATION FEE

Annual fee:

Full "subscription" service and case management by ERG Family Office.

Paid in January in the amount of and including:

  • management and maintenance of assets and property
  • drawing up and maintenance of documents
  • issuing and monitoring of rent and other invoices, control of regular payments
  • representation of the client in tax authorities, control and assistance in all regular tax and budgetary payments
  • selection of an insurance company and ensuring the best insurance terms
